Great Rose wine, terrible service, super loud place (one needs to yell to be able to talk). We had a reservation, but the place was so crowded out table was not even available. What would you even make the job to call and reserve a place if your table doesn't really exists when you arrive to the place? We had to stand there for almost 40min looking for a place and almost beg one of the waiters to serve a couple of wine glasses and a beer. We order a second round of drinks with a different waiter, decided to pay because we didn't want to stay longer and this guy just decided to charge us almost 3 extra euros per wine glass. I made the count once more before leaving and it turned out we were paying roughly 11 euros more because the waiter (wo he himself brought the wine and should know the price) thought we were paying a different type of wine. Although the waiter gave us back some money (not the entire amount he just extra charged us because he was in such a hurry), the full experience was a complete mess!

It’s time Café/ Bar owners invested in two things: air conditioning and soundproofing. The hurly burly in this place is truly unbearable. Bravo should also look after hygiene a little be closer as it easily made it to the top on the dirty Munich toilets list.

Besides that Bravo is the definition of a day bar, with a relaxed lay out, an open kitchen, big windows facing the bustling Fraunhoferstraße, high tables for a quick coffee and a catch up and a high ceiling - great in terms of how spacious the place feels, awful for reducing the noise volume.

The place is still pretty new so there’s a lot room for improvement.

The place has potential, but probably more for an evening aperitivo cocktail or wine than breakfast. Also although the coffee is Italian they use only UHT milk which ruins the potentially good cappuccino...I didn’t even finish mine. A written menu and cashless payment would improve it too!

Dissapointing. Coffee was okay but the attention was poor. Coffee didn't come with a glass of water on the side, which would have been appreciated (anyways I asked for it and got it, good); they didn't have soy milk or any other type of vegetable milk (which in 2020 is kind of expected in bars and cafes in Munich). The barista was kind of dry to people which made the atmosphere, in my humble opinion, tense and hidebound.
