Backwaren sind lecker und der Espresso ist auch gut. Habe hier eine Butterbreze, ein kleines Schokocroissant sowie einen Espresso gefrühstückt. Der Laden ist meiner Meinung nach geschmackvoll eingerichtet - schön.

Es steht im Übrigen ein Zahlkartenterminal bereit - Kartenzahlung problemlos ohne Mindestumsatz möglich - das ist Kundenservice, der in Deutschland leider noch keine Selbstverständlichkeit ist.

Zum Espresso gabs leider standardmäßig kein Wasser dazu, musste ich extra kaufen. Mein Verbesserungsvorschlag an die Betreiber des Backspielhaus: Gebt zu Kaffespezialitäten immer ein Glas Leitungswasser gratis dazu.

Unfreundlicheres Personal kann es gar nicht geben. Verkäuferin pampig, hat anscheinend keine Lust auf irgendwas. Kartenzahlung war immer ohne Probleme möglich, jetzt wird man genötigt auf 5 €, manchmal auch 10 € zu erhöhen und viel kaufen zu müssen.

Ich habe schon 2x mal eine Mail mit dem Problem an die Zentrale geschickt, beide blieben unbeantwortet. Wirklich traurig.

Der Laden ist für unser Institut wirklich gestorben, preislich wirklich sehr teuer, der eine Stern ist für die Produkte die doch nicht so schlecht sind.

Nichtsdestotrotz bekomme ich bei anderen Bäckern um die Ecke bessere, leckerere, günstigere Ware mit freundlichem Personal.
