It is a place we went every week before the renovation. The food remained still good after reopening. Therefore 2 stars, otherwise definitely 1 star. However, the quality of the staff, the cleaness and the service drastically dropped down. The chairs outside are so dirty. The service staff is rude and they are overwhelmed. Hopefully, the management will react quickly to improve the quality again.

We ordered through the Uber Eats app and had so many issues getting our food. We waited outside our door for an hour after the delivery time for our food to come. We called the restaurant 3 times and eventually our driver showed up with our food. The order was wrong, missing 3 items and containing one we didn’t even order. We called the restaurant again and they said they would send us the missing items with another driver. The second driver shows up and gives us another thing we didn’t order, a repeat of an item we did order, and the dumplings that were missing. They will definitely make sure you get your food, but I strongly recommend dinning in instead.
The food is delicious, we ordered maki, inside out rolls, and dumplings and it was all great. The fried crunchy roll was soggy from the late delivery but still tasty and we didn’t get a chance to try the nigiri box we had ordered.

Ordered food via Uber Eats and it was really good !! But special thanks is to the service ! Happened that the Uber App did not show the additional information about where to deliver, meaning it was unknown which door to call. On top, the wrong phone number was provided by Uber to the restaurant (even though in the app my number is correct and verified). Nevertheless, the person from the restaurant, who delivered the food, was waiting one hour downstairs trying to reach me out. It was rainy and the restaurant was already closed. Incredible! We didn’t have any food at home so we needed to go to another place to pick up something, and that’s basically how we finally found each other. Thank you so much Bento Box for not leaving us without food this evening. ???? Definitely will order again.

Everything is really tasty. And we are happy they are back.

Pros: This place has very tasty asian food with a pretty reasonable price. You get a nice street view when choosing to sit outside.

Cons: The employees seem friendly but it was hard to get their attention when you need to order even when the restaurant wasn’t crowded. We also had to wait a while until our food arrived.

I hope there will be improvements.

If you are looking for real Japanese food taste, This is not an authentic one. Mind that their service was friendly and nothing wrong with their food. It's just not authentic.

The atmosphere is nice, a very stylish restaurant, can't say the same about the menu though. The ingredients that were used are not typical Japanese, especially the tofu and noodles were very disappointing. Everything I've tasted so far didn't quite meet my expectations. Quality doesn't really match the prizes. But the staff is especially friendly which is quite rare in Munich.
