The shop lady was very rude and unprofessional. Yesterday, DHL delivered my parcel there containing urgent medical supplies. When I went to collect today morning, without checking properly she said it’s not there and its not her responsibility and I should contact DHL. I called them and they said it’s there. I again went there in the afternoon and without checking she said it’s not there. When I insisted, she rudely said ‘check yourself’ and I found it there. She did not apologised even. It was utterly ridiculous.
