Bin gerade frisch umgezogen und hatte daher Kontakt zum Hausmeisterservice - berichte also aus Sicht Endkunde. Aus verschiedenen Gründen hatte ich etwas Probleme und Stress mit der Koordination des Anschlusstermins seitens Internetanbieter. Sowohl der initiale Kontakt über das Büro (Anruf direkt durchgestellt, Termin vereinbart, später Rückruf durch Hausmeister für Terminbestätigung) als auch das Umdisponieren hinterher war sehr freundlich und vor allen Dingen aber sehr flexibel. Ich musste sehr kurzfristig umplanen und der Hausmeister hat, aus dem Krankenstand heraus, wahnsinnig freundlich auf mein Anliegen reagiert und zuverlässig umdisponiert obwohl dies noch über zwei Ecken ging, da er eben vertreten werden musste. Ich hatte fast damit gerechnet, dass das nicht klappen kann aber wurde sehr positiv überrascht. Wirklich guter und gleichzeitig pragmatischer Service.
