Our experience at the Andaz Munich was truly one of the best I’ve experienced in a long time.
I average about 100 hotel nights a year between Hyatt and Marriott and I’ve seen the good, the bad and the ugly. This was 10/10!

After a long day of travel we appreciated the sincere and warm welcome we received upon check in from Laura as well as the much needed welcome drink offered! The suite we were assigned was STUNNING! It was beautifully designed and created a “wow” experience from the moment we opened the door.

The entire facility was sparkling clean and clearly well cared for. The breakfast buffet was brilliant with so many options all served with a smile and at the highest quality. We also appreciated on Sunday night grabbing dinner at the bar - the food quality was superb as was the flavors. Our server was warm, friendly and engaging.

We didn’t expect to use the pool as much as we did but given the beautiful space and incredible views of the city we ended up making it a daily ritual. The spa staff were all so delightful and the pool towels were massive and soft!

Whoever is doing the hiring at this property has done a superb job! Each employee we came near offered a warm greeting and an honest desire to assist us. It was the best in Bavarian hospitality!

Amazing breakfast, among the best hotel breakfasts I’ve had. A big variety of creative dishes and buffet items.
Very friendly and efficient staff.
Nice and modern rooms with many well thought-out features, ask for courtyard side because sirens from the main streets can be heard through the windows.

Some of the most excellent service for large groups and people. I was just there for 4days with my wife and 5 other couples. From the roof top spa to the downstairs steakhouse. This hotel has everything you expect from Hyatt. Olivia reached out to me a few days prior to our arrival and made everything excellent. I'd highly recommend this hotel.

Love it! Modern, spacious rooms, good breakfast buffet, professional staff, nice design concept and the gym is way better equipped than what you find at most hotels. The location could be better and it would be nice if the self-check-in app actually worked but everything else is excellent.

Not an area I would normally pick on Munich but the hotel makes up for it and the area is actually quite nice. Public transit is great around there and amazing restaurants not far from the hotel. The breakfast spread is really varied. The staff is so nice as well.

Out of centre but easy transit. Helpful staff (maintenance even fixed my suitcase!), great buffet (with "green" focus including composting and home-grown sprouts). Bedding very comfortable, rooms attractive. Shoutout to Aaron for his front desk assistance. As a Hyatt Globalist I also appreciated the suite upgrade. Highly recommended.

Well the rooms are pretty nice, and the sauna/pool area to chill are nice. BUT, huge downside, guests are not allowed to have a drink at the rooftop bar, unless they have made prior reservation via an app called OpenTable. I find this to be disastrous, simply because even on the app one can not make a reservation unless booked 3-4 weeks in advanced. Total frustration, highly disappointing and way below what you'd expect from a 5-star hotel. I'll not stay there again, not worth it without the rooftop bar access.
