Always like to see a place like this. Even I came quite late for the tour and outside was nearly to a heavy storm but no doubt that this place is great to visit.
Definitely one more reason why to come back and enjoy the atmosphere of full stadium during a game. Even as a fan of different club that will be a great experience to see it on my own????

I am not a big football fan so I was not expecting anything, but the tour was really really interesting and fun. The guide was very talkative, fun and informative. We visited so many places and could enjoy the places you don't normally see. Tour totally recommended!

I took the tour and then went into the museum. As a football fan I had always wanted to go to this stadium. The guide was very clear, he took us to the most important places, and answered every question that people did. The experience was great, however as they were fixing/preparing the grass, it was impossible to appreciate the soccer field in a 100%. I recommend to visit it during the season, and during the afternoon/night, when the stadium coverage is on (mainly red).

Great stadium. The tour and museum are fantastic full of history. Tickets aren't too expensive really great value. Definitely recommend a visit when visiting Munich

Ok, the stadium from outside is very charming. When you get in it’s just poor. I wanted a full tour but the cashier guy said its sold out (even I arrived at 12pm), and sadly I found other people doing it after my arrival.

The museum is organized and clean, however I expected it to be more interactive.

Not easy to find help at the fan shop. When I asked for certain size the answer was “things at the display is what we have”.

What can I say about this Munich landmark that has not been said already. Built in 2002-2005 to become the home of the Two Bundesliga teams in Munich who were not happy with their stadiums. Stadium hosts around 80,000 (depending if local or international game). Spectators are very close to the pitch and experience must be awesome. Although now almost 20 years old, the infrastructure is really good for that time, compared to other stadiums! Now missing technology to enhance the spectator experience. The museum is great (one of the best I’ve seen so far) and the Stadium Tour was very worth while too! If you’re staying anywhere close to Marienplatz station in the old town, take the U6 train north. Approx 30 minutes ride and a 15 minute walk will get you to the stadium.

Impressive stadium. A long walk if you're an away supporter - if you go by metro, look for the separate pathway out of the station that takes you 'around the back'.
If you're in the upper Blocks, be prepared for a tough hike up the stairs, not an escalator in sight !!
