Auto abholen sehr schnell und einfach. Nettes Personal, was mir alle Fragen beantwortete. Unter Anderem, dass wenn die Niederlassung schließt, Security Personal vor Ort ist, welches man anrufen kann, die dann auch freundlicherweise das Tor öffnen.

Habe direkt die Nummer angerufen, dass ich das Auto kurz parken und dann abhaue. Hab das Telefon sogar noch klingeln gehört, als die Kollegen im Spaziergangs-Tempo ihre Runde starteten. Habe nun seit dem 4x angerufen und es kommt keinerlei Reaktion. Security scheint sich auf ihrer Runde verlaufen zu haben...45min warte ich nun schon hier.

Wenn ihr den Service anbiete, dann schult bitte das anwesende Personal, dass hier auch nachts Kundenservice erfolgen kann. Wenn es so normal ist, hängt bitte den Zettel von der Tür, dass man bei der Security anrufen soll und sie "dann gleich für Sie da" sind...
