Habe einen falafeldürüm mit ein paar kleinen extras (etwas zusätzlich fleisch) oder einmal einen dürüm mit panierter aubergine statt falafel, bestellt. Der mitarbeiter hatte mir dafür exorbitante preise veranschlagt, für die man woanders ein ganzes mittagsmenü erhält. Dafür hat er sann nichtmal eine rechnung ausgestellt als ich danach forderte. Sehr unseriös.
Ein anderes mal habe ich einen falafel bestellt mit sehr wenig extra fleisch mit dabei. Leider hat der mitarbeiter mir statr fleisch ausschließlich dicke fettstücke mit reingemischt, ich habe mich wirklich bemüht den dürüm zu essen , aber mir ist wirklich der mageninhalt fast hochgekommen bei jedem biss aufnem puren stück fett. Als ich das reklamiert habe und mit dem halben dürüm zurück kam, eeklärte mir der mitarbeiter mit einem dicken grinsen im gesicht das da kein fett wäre und ich dafür auch keine widergutmachung oder ähnliches bekäme. Sehr sehr dreisr und undfreundlich trotz großem grinsen. Ich kenne die leute die die versntwortung in dem geschäft haben, diese eeledigen die arbeit stets zu meiner vollen zufriedenheit, jedoch wenn die aushilfkräfte oder wer auch immer das sein soll an der arbeit sind, wird das ganze sehr halbherzig und mit wenig kundenorientieung gemacht. Ich hätte gerne angerufen und das dem chef peesönlich geschildert, leidee finde ich aber keine telefonnummer.

Hat sich nichts geändert ausser das diesmal auch noch das Fleisch halb durch war und lauwarm. Genauso wie der ganze döner fast kalt war.
Absolut nicht mehr zu empfehlen der laden.

Wer eine belegte Semmel statt sattem Döner haben will, ist hier richtig. Preise steigen mehr und mehr und die Portion wird immer kleiner. Für den Preis ist das echt ein Witz. So rumzugeizen. Darum habt ihr auch 10 Stammkunden weniger... Irgendwann reichts.

2. Wenn dann abends eine/eineinhalb Stunden vor Ladenschluss der spieß leer ist, dann gibts halt keinen Döner mehr. Ist mir in meiner Zeit als ich regelmäßig dort gegessen habe bzw. Döner holen wollte schon 3 mal passiert.
Dann muss man eben einen neuen spieß aufsetzen und nicht "gibts nix mehr" - vor allem bei dem Preis....

3. Jetzt hat er ja zwei läden zu einem gemacht und verkauft irgendwie nur noch an einem kleinen Eck. Der restliche laden ist nichtmal beleuchtet, dass man denkt es wäre geschlossen.

Er war schon immer teurer und die Portionen kleiner als bei amderen läden, dafür hats aber einfach gut geschmeckt.
Mittlerweile, da die Preise immer steigen und immer mehr gegeizt wird und man auch noch am Licht/Strom anscheinend spart, weil man den Kragen nicht voll bekommt.
Bekommt mich ein ungutes Gefühl - wer weiss woran da noch so alles gespart wird (Qualität?).

Ich war mal Stammkunde, es war mein lieblingsdöner. Mittlerweile kann ich euch aber absolut nicht mehr empfehlen und gehe auch selbst mir mein döner wo anders holen.

Schade - da er am Anfang sich wirklich geschmacklich und auch vom laden her, sehr im positiven abgehoben hat. Im Vergleich zu manch anderen ranzigen dönerbuden.

Preis/Leistung ist hier aber einfach nicht mehr vertretbar.

Freundlichkeit/Sympathie war auch noch nie so wirklich zufriedenstellend.

Späße wie - bitte mit viel Zwiebel,Sauce, - was auch immer - "kostet 1€ extra" sind bei dem Preis von 4,50€ für eure belegte Semmel/Döner auch nicht mehr lustig.

Ihr solltet mal eure Preisgestaltung überdenken. In jedem anderen Dönerladen bekommt man mehr für weniger oder zumindest das doppelte für so einen Preis.
