Overall it was good but air conditioning didn’t work well, even after asking staff for fixing it, they said it is working as expected. Also, they didn’t clean the room even after requesting, that was disappointing. I hope this is not always the case and I was just at wrong time.

The walls are thin. The wifi is bad. My bed was extremely hard, much harder than a futon. Breakfast was expensive but good. The staff were competent and friendly.

Some of my coworkers also stayed at this hotel. One of them reported a softer bed but could hear the noise of the staircase all night long. Another had a softer bed and very little noise but their bathroom had had drainage issues and smelled like feces.

I would not stay here again.

The cold hotel... this place does not give you a warm and fuzzy feeling.

The receptionist was not friendly. She kept repeating that check in is only at 15.00 even though we had booked an early check in. She told us off for parking in the wrong place instead of just advising on available parking. She almost charged us again even though we had paid.
The room was clean but very basic.
The breakfast staff were friendly and it was good.

Great hotel with modern design. Breakfast is tasty but there is not much variety. Unfortunately not all rooms have fridge :(

The room was dirty, sticky floor ❌
We had no sugar or milk for the espresso we went and asked at check out they took 5.5€ for the milk and sugar they gave us , such a disturbing thing.
The toilet was yellow I was so shocked !
Black hairs everywhere and I’m blonde
I had bugs running around the room I had to kill it because the child was scared ????
It’s not acceptable for such prices !!!!!

The hotel is situated very close to tram which get you close to city center what is positive but we got the room that was not very well cleaned and during the first evening some small animal visited us. Therefore only 3 stars.

Pros:
- Good breakfast, with vegetarian option
- Easily accessible from public transport
- Prices are cheap but its justifiable as the hotel looks like apartment rather than actual hotel

Cons:
- Thin walls so if neighbors close their door, your bed will shake
- No water bottle on arrival
- You have to pay while check-in
- Few drawers/cupboards in the room
- WiFi speed is good but somehow there is lot of drops in between
