Stayed here for 2 nights with a week in between. Super nice hotel. Service is good, rooms are too. Super Nice breakfast. About 8km from centre so easily to be reached by car or bike.

I have bumped my review up to two stars on my second night here.

If you get put in the -1 (U) level, say no!! I was first there and the room is literally FREEZING cold. I woke up with a sore throat the next morning after sleeping under two duvets. The tiles on the bathroom floor are also deathly cold. The only source of heat is an air conditioning device, so you have to enjoy hot air being blasted into the room if you want some warmth.
Additionally, there is some form of metal stairs (or something) nearby, which people bang up and down from 5:30am (this was on a Saturday).

I shared this with reception and at first was informed that there was no possibility to move me for my second night. After checking booking.com myself, I informed them that there was a possibility to book a room, and then he finally agreed to move me.

My second room on the 4th floor has been a MUCH better experience. I still wouldn’t call it quiet at all, as there is some loud machine nearby that I can hear with closed windows on a Sunday morning.

The beds are ok. Nice hard mattress, and giant pillows (if that’s your thing…).

It would possibly have gotten a 3 or 4 had i had a different experience from the start.

Just a night spent in business trip but extremely satisfied about the service. Moreover I have unfortunately forgot a scarf that has been found and sent via post to Italy in very short time. Congratulations for the services you offer to your customers. GREAT!

There is a U station 2 minutes away so traveling is much easier and the service is amazing!

Very happy with this place! The staff were so helpful and friendly, always willing to help. They drew on a map which bus or train to take and visit the city, always helpful on evenings too. Would recommend this stay for any business travelers.

Unfortunately there is no restaurant in the hotel, but delivery app can bring food if needs be and breakfast is included for mornings.

Outside is walking distance to Machtlfinger Strabe underground metro station, and tier scooters ???? if you wish to move around easily by public transport. It’s 10-15 minutes into central Marianplatz area. Worth the price!

We had an Amazing stay at Achat München. The staff is really friendly especially Herr Bares at the reception. He is very keen to accommodate every guest and gave us a very warm welcome at reception. The breakfast is amazing and prices are fair!
