Es ist wirklich gemütlich bei Euch, und ich bin bisher immer gerne in Euer Restaurant, auch mit Besuchern von außerhalb von Mannheim gegangen.

Leider kann ich das nicht mehr.

Die letzten Male, die ich da war, war entweder die Kühlanlage vom Bierfass kaputt, d.h. nur warmes Bier oder aber es gab gleich überhaupt kein Fassbier.

Noch problematischer finde ich aber, dass es zuletzt auch mehrmals nichts mehr zu essen bei Euch gab, u.a. an einem Freitag um 19.30 Uhr (!!!).

Egal, ob Personalmangel oder Lieferprobleme…

Wenn ich mich nicht darauf verlassen kann, dass ich das bekomme, was in der Karte steht, kann ich das Restaurant leider nicht mehr besuchen und schon gar nicht anderen zeigen oder empfehlen.

Sehr, sehr schade.
