Wir haben heute endlich unser Couchset bekommen. Im April bestellt und es hat wirklich sehr lange gedauert . Wir haben jetzt Ende September.ABER wir haben einen Rabatt zugesprochen bekommen wegen der Wartezeit und ausserdem: wer weis wieviele Menschen individuelle Möbel schon vor Uns bestellt haben. Das muss ja auch erstmal gemacht werden. Ich muss sagen das Warten hat sich gelohnt. Die Möbel sehen noch viel schöner aus als ich sie mir vorgestellt hatte. Und Kundenservice war immer freundlich und sachlich. Monteure haben auch super Arbeit geleistet. Rundum zufrieden.die Qualität wird sich zeigen . Kann nur hoffen das alles erstmal hält denn 4000 Euro knapp, sind n haufen holz.

Was wir genau wollten gab es nicht im Geschäft, daher haben sie uns alles extra zusammengestellt. ich und meine Freundin haben jeweils einen Bett gekauft es wurde ca erst in 4 Monaten geliefert. Nach der Lieferung ca nach 6 Monaten ist die Matratze enorm verformt, sowie bei mir und bei meiner Freundin. Nach der Reklamation im Laden wurde geschielterd das sie bis jetzt nie Reklamationen hatten über diesem Bett es sei sehr gute Qualität. Nachdem wir gesagt haben das meine Freundin auch den gleichen Bett gekauft hat und sie ebenfalls das gleiche Problem hat wurde uns zugesagt das ein Fachpersonal vorbei kommt und es prüft.
Was aber nicht kam nach ständigem Telefonat wurde endlich ein personal zu mir und meiner Freundin geschickt und die Matratzen wurden geprüft. Das Personal stellte fest das die Verformung ein Problem der Ware ist und das wir eine Eine neue Matratze bekommen. Nach 2 Monaten kam leider immer noch nichts als meine Freundin ständig telefonisch reklamiert hatte bekam sie endlich ihre Ware. Ich habe meine Matratze nicht bekommen was mich gewundert hatte obwohl wir am gleichen Tag zusammen reklamiert hatten und am gleichen Tag auch vom ipek Personal die Matratzen geprüft und bestätigt wurde das es zu Verformung kam und wir eine neue bekommen. Nach meinem Telefonat mit ipek Mobilya wurde mir einfach frech gesagt das ich weitere 2 Monate warten muss also wären es nun 4 Monaten bis ich meine Ware bekomme. Als ich gesagt habe das meine freundin es erhalten hat und ich nicht wurde einfach gesagt das ist es eben so. Nun habe ich nächste Woche einen Termin beim Anwalt und ich werde rechtliche Wege einleiten, denn seit fast 2 Jahren Warte ich auf meine Gewährleistung.
