Went in and had the Burger. I was surprised how bad it was. The buns fell apart after 2 bites, there was a slice of tomato 3/4 inch thick, way too much ketchup and mustard and generally over stuffed. The fries appeared to be the out of the bag frozen type. I do want to go back and try the ribs next time. The staff was friendly and the place looks awesome.

The staff was friendly, but the burger was horrible the patty was extremely dry and had no taste the burger seemed old and was cold also. The fries were just the ones you can get in Lidl frozen, at this price I was expect fresh burger bun and fries at least. Too expensive for the quality, there are much better burger places in Mannheim. I hope they improve the quality of food otherwise it would never get any fame.

Wouldn’t recommend if you love your burger. Would rather go to burger king. Ordered a Jalapeño cheese burger. The bun looked from the supermarket. The meat was too dry. Fries were just okay. There are much much better burger places in the neighborhood and Mannheim. Hope you guys can improve and do better with the burgers.

Great staff, felt like I was back in U.S. enjoying some great food. Enjoyed the atmosphere also. Can't wait see what other meals they will be bringing to the menu.

Gotta refer my friends when they make it out to Germany for business or vacation.

A Great American Diner with delicious food and great staff. The Ribs and Burgers are a must have. If you haven't tried their food get there fast,You won’t be disappointed!!

Very nice burger joint. I love the idea of bringing great American food to the German culture. I am very excited for the future of this place. Way to go!

This is a great place for juicy and fresh burgers. The staff is really friendly and accommodating. Prices are reasonable as well. I would definitely recommend to others.
