today 13.05.2022 I had an accident and I broke my leg! I arrived at this hospital at 15:00 and now it's 23:00! the nurses talk very badly to me and they don't want to give me anything because my leg hurts a lot! behaves terribly! the doctor came 7 times and looked at my face and went back! I feel like I can't stand the pain anymore!

One Star because 3 days i was waiting answer if my Finger it's broken or not.. And this doctor who curated my problem is making surgeries????

I have the worst weekend of my life here. I have an early miscarriage here, and I felt me just like a piece of meat . They made me fear and I felt like they want performance a surgery (no needed) "just in case" .The youngs OBs tried to rush me in a surgery instead of let me my body work. Specially a young doctor was very unfriendly and angry when I said I don´t want a surgery, if is not absoluty necesary. You can see the difference between the older, experienced doctors here (they care about patients and doesn´t manipulate the information)and the youngs , who only want take experience and "surgery hours "for the CV.
The personal here is cold . During 3 days I met with +- 12 people there, and only one doctor and one nurse (both in night shift) were nice to me, only those 2 persons told me I´M SORRY for your situation.
It was sad, a woman is losing a pregnancy and near to nobody had a nice word to say, a comfort word. Or just a I m sorry.
It was a sad nightmare.
In my opinion, a doctor should help to heal the body but also to be a bit more human. We are not a group of independent organs , we are ,above all ,persons.And stop making more fear to pregnant women!! It is nothing easier than that. Tell the truth, tell the facts, show studies, treat us like adults with brains.
This young woman doctor even change the report at the end!!!!. She didn´t reflected in the writen report all the fears and horrors that she told me I was about to suffer if I decline the surgery. In my opinion, a great manipulation. Maybe because she knew that her statments were untenable.
I really don´t recomended , and especially for pregnant women, who are sensitive and have already a lot of fears. There are other clinics in LU and MA , where they treat you with more respect and profesionalism.

I Dont like this Hospital.. doctors are just busy in our ways they have no stress about Patient i think they come here just for chiling Nothing else...

Ich wurde mit einem Schlüsselbeinbruch im Theresienkrankenhaus operiert und habe eine Nacht auf Station 9A verbracht. Obwohl im Krankenhaus sehr viel los war, war das Personal immer sehr freundlich und hat sich Zeit genommen. Ich habe mich sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Die OP ist gut verlaufen und ich bin mit dem bisherigen Ergebnis zufrieden. Ich würde jederzeit wieder ins Theresienkrankenhaus gehen.

Reseña sobre experiencia en sábado para un tobillo torcido: doctores muy capaces y amables, el personal de recepción y rayos x también. El tratamiento perfecto. Único detalle fue que al momento de ir por segunda vez a rayos x para una segunda radiografía, olvidaron avisar al técnico y hubo tiempo de espera de unos 20 min innecesario, pero de ahí todo perfecto.
