Hello ı was at your hotel 2 day ago and ı was stay in there 9 days , ı had 2 problem first one was , my room sinck was broke and after ı go reception and they changed my room , after when ı go new room ı said ı dont want stay in there bcs there was more small and not good more than first , she said ı cant change again bla bla , 2. Problem when ı entry hotel reception worker said me your hotel room have breakfast and when ı try leave hotel they wanted money from me , when ı ask why , she said u didnot have breakfast ı said are u sure he said me like that she said ı must take after she said that worker was so beginner, ı said okay than ıt was my problem , she took my money allready ı going more angry ı said ı m custumer ı have problem and ı m right , when ı say do u have manager she said yes we have but they are not here bla bla , when ı get angry she called and after manager said give back money , and still money is not coming back ???????? I think she need leave to job , ı m custemer she is custemer cervices and she dont want to help to custemer…. I hope some one will gonna read my message … thank you have a nice day
