okayish Subway, The staff won't change their gloves after doing non veg and veg sub.. lots of flies near the seating area.
Quick service and it's just outside Manheim Hauptbahnhof.

As usual, this Subway and the staff needs a zero star. Wanted to buy a teriyaki sandwich yesterday but realized that there were a lot of flies on and over the food. Asked the staff why so many flies, he answered " do you want to eat"? Then explained to me that the air conditioning was down and it the reason for the flies. So I decided to take a picture, and the staff became violent and aggressive. He wanted me to delete the photo and was yelling he would call the police????.... I said fair enough, call them. Unfortunately I had to leave as I had to catch a train. In the pictures below u can see a dead fly near the cash machine. Shame on you Mr violent and aggressive... you deserved to be fired.

I went to buy a gluten-free sandwich, I was shocked to see that their stuff has zero knowledge about it. When I told the girl that was making my sandwich to change gloves when touching my bread she got annoyed, she thought I am saying it because of hygiene reasons and she started sorting other breads I bought the sandwich but didn’t eat it. It should be mentioned that you provide gluten-free sandwich but it is not for people with celiac disease. Anyone who is reading this and is celiac please avoid eating food where there is gluten and gluten-free because it is contaminated.

As usual Subs are very good..and staff is friendly and cordial !!

General Subway issues for Vegetarians: Staff must use different gloves and knives to not to mix veg and non veg food items.

The staff ( especially short ones) almost fall on the sub multiple times as they bend over to grab the salad items and put on bread... It's pretty uncomfortable to see entire not so clean T shirts touch the full sub.. not a great experience... staff should be trained to not to fall on Subs while preparing.
