I bought a Nokia 8.3 phone. It had a problem with the Bluetooth. Took it to the Saturn service center thrice but they couldn't fix it and also lied that everything is working. Extremely disappointed with the customer service! Never going to buy anything from here!

At least in electronics badly sorted - stuff's location does not match price tags in lots of cases... 999€ gaming PC price tag/label between USB flash drives? Yeah sure. Left without buying anything because "price explosion" at the cashier's

Seems Corona has taken its toll on this outlet as well. Selection of smartphones is rather humble, personnel seems overloaded. Feels like nobody cares. The location of this particular outlet is convenient, though.

It's a big store with a lot of products. Their prices tend to be a tad expensive which wouldn't bother me if the sellers were better at their job. I clearly asked one of them If the phone I was going to buy had 3gb or 4gb of ram, to which the employee clearly answered 4gb only to find out after buying it that it was the 3gb model. Not only that, they all seemed unknowledgeable and they tried persuading me into buying other phones using random arguments and flawed logic. Disappointed and frustrated.

They're all the same. You can find any item here cheaper on the internet. Which is exactly why retail electronics stores are a dying breed.
