I absolutely love this location. The service is impeccable. The employees are just so so nice. They are fast. I met the manager recently and he is amazing! I love what he does with this place.

the McDonald’s here is nice:) decent food and you can use Charger for out of power emergencies

I had to wait for 20 minutes for lost order. Burgers were not fresh, and cheese nuggets also were quite bit old. Not reccomend.

I think being in a big city like Mannheim should consider the fact that at least people which are taking your order in ‘international big fastfoods’ should speak english ! The women was not even able to understand :) . It took like 10 mins trying to explain what i want.

Cleanliness wise disaster , tables not wiped , trays full of food . Considering the fact that we live in pandemic times .. i think you should not stop to eat there.

Personall attitude and friendliness : 0 . Even with their german people . Poor .

Just skip it :) .

I was just at this McDonald's 68161 Mannheim 0621/23317. I ordered chicken nuggets and chicken wings and they didn't give a full order on top of that the nuggets was very very old and very hard I could not eat them and the wings was the same way. After I waited for 20 minutes just to get my food and it was disgusting and old. I will never go this McDonald's restaurant again. This the worse McDonald's restaurant I have ever seen and the worse restaurant in Mannheim city. I would have taken it back and got my money but I only speak English in a Germany city.

Usual McD food but crowded almost everytime. Quick Sunde and Coffee can be bought from outside the store which is useful to avoid usual crowd inside the store.

Waited a very long time for the order. The food was cold. And they haven't given you napkins yet. It doesn't look like fast food.
