Well Burger King is Burger King. No AC.... no organisation at all. I waited in line and some old people just walk by and order.... The person behind the counter didn't care. Food wasn't that good even for a standard fast food restaurant. I waited around 30 min and I was secound in line!

Always good. They kept it rolling during COVID. The staff here is good. They do their best to accommodate the always hungry/thirsty crowd at their location. Great job!

Moyad thank you for your excellent service! I have alwasys had pretty bad experience with BK service in Mannheim they always tend to "forget" at least one sandwich or drink or both, but you made me change the idea about what real service is and thank you for your infinite kindness!!!! You got one customer back!!!! Congrats!!

but On Friday, Saturday and Sunday
People are not good
Don't go with family or Gf/Bf on these days

Not my favourite Burger King location in Mannheim as it is often very crowded. Also the no longer have a refill soda fountain which is a lot of fun. Only one or two burger kings still have that.

The seating is only available upstairs so accessibility could be a bit of an issue. However it makes for a great view of the Wasserturm. Not a bad place to stop by for a break if you are out on the town.

Good servive but still slow on holidays
