Service was pretty standoffish until they realised we were big eaters. But the food isn't intended for big eaters. Their spare ribs and wings were the smallest I've seen, the chicken was too dry, and their steak presentation has a lot of room for improvement, considering they're a steakhouse. Will let the pictures do the rest of the talking.

Their saving grace was definitely the BBQ sauce. Not sure whether it came with the ribs or the steak though. For the price paid, certainly more was expected.

The food was good - nothing special but good. We had better steak but for a franchise it was really OK and the price reasonable. The staff was very slow and it took extra long until we finally got our food.

One of my favorite steak in Mannheim. Yes, it’s a chain restaurant, but I like it.

We went here to have a drink and the lady that served us was really nice, but then she ended her shift and nobody took care of our table. We waited half an hour to pay, after endless tryings to notice the waiters. Nice place and drink tho, but we felt kinda neglected.

That is what I got. Looks like it fell off a truck. Never again well I eat here.Then so much fat was leftover. 24.99€
