Brotmischung war ok. Teig leider noch Roh. Musste fast die Hälfte den Vögeln geben! Brot sollte kein Luxusgut sein. Wucherpreise wie z.Bsp knapp 9€ für ein 1000gr. Brot das noch nicht ganz gebacken war. Da bringt die Transparenz beim Backen auch nichts...Sorry!
