Waited over one hour for a toast and a smoothie bowl, which ended up being pure liquid. Avocado toast was smush and the creme tasted bad. Confused staff and way too overpriced for a tiny amount of food and in the end the waiter didn't count the money right and took even more money from us.
We were really upset. Never again !

Not a bad place, but despite the price coffee is nothing special.

The food I tried was okay, but nothing to come back for.

The location is however very convenient. Maybe with some better coffee that.could become a good place for lunch breaks or a coffee to go.

I love this place. I come back regularly. The food is always good and fresh. The coffee is great and the staff is extremely friendly.

I rarely take the time to review a place negatively but this calls for the occasion. I used to love going to this place cos it had some really cool students (both foreign and local) who were friendly and chatty.Unfortunately this place eventually turned out to be an embodiment of the infamous rudeness and incompetence of the German service sector that is exasperating and shocking for expats and non-Germans. I waited politely in queue for 5 minutes after my order only to be talked to with an extremely condescending and irritated snub-down when I requested they look my order up again. NOT ok to be used at a customer who bought his coffee almost daily at their establishment. Never going back.

Prices are high and not tasty foods. No reason to go again.
