The worst "student" accommodation I have ever stayed in. Overpriced tiny rooms with outdated furniture, dirty toilets and kitchen. You can hear everything happening outside your door, you will wake up to the cleaning ladies shouting and cursing in the hallway. People talking to themselves in the toilets, trying to open your door... It's very "christian", so you are not allowed to have guests in your room :) They will also barge in your "private" room with their key after knocking once, so forget about privacy. Also be prepared to freeze in the winter, since you are also not allowed to use any sort of electrical appliances in the rooms, but the heating doesn't work properly. I could go on but I will stop here :)

Owners are very friendly and caring. I was able to communicate easily on any subject. Rooms are also very nice. I leave very satisfied. Thank you for everything.

Good place to have an accomodation. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Calm and quiet place so recommended for students. You can find two supermarkets nearby about 3 min away. And walking distance to Mannheim University and other famous shops and resturents also. Ideal place for foreigners.

Nice place to stay there with reasonable price for students and foreigners. Staff and office people are very friendly and their service is also very good. Rooms are very comfortable. Bathroom and kitchen are cleaned every day. Overall very safest place for foreign students.

Multi-storey Students‘ Wohnung. A small, 2-3 person elevator is there. Good quality 1 person rooms are available with a wash-basin inside each room and shared toilets/washrooms + kitchen at every storey but least communal life. Location is quite central in city, closer to Mannheim Wasserturm. 10-15 minutes by walk from Mannheim Hbf and 4-5 minutes walk to nearby connection of Straßenbahn line 2 to MA Hbf. 1 minute walking distance to REWE. 10 minutes walking distance to Dominos pizza haus. Monthly rent upto 350€.

I live at this place for a month and really enjoy it. Price is reasonable, good location, and very nice staff here. When I move-in, the lady helped and showed me around even she does not speak fluent English. Move-out is very simple as well. Highly recommended for a short stay.

Location is quite good. The staff are friendly and helpful. There are mostly single rooms, at least one double room and some rooms for women. The toilets and kitchens are shared among the whole floor (like 25 people). Guest room can be rented at €20 per day I believe. There are three grocery stores within 2-3 minutes of walking, which is a big plus. There is a room in basement where you can get free household items left behind by previous residents. The bad part is that the wifi is very slow.
