Worst burger i have ever had in my life. It was dry and tasteless, the bun was also dry and hard, cheese fries was disgusting. It made the worst eating experience in my life. The burger also very overpriced. Service was ok, but i will never go back.

I was there yesterday during working time and the lady refused us saying that was already closed. However, I would still have SOME HOURS before closing. There was no sign saying that it would be closed sooner.

I’m really disappointed.

You can create your own burguer, so if you don't like it is kind of your fault xD to me this is a close #2 best hamburguer place in Mannheim behind Henriette. Can easily recommend because it is way cheaper than the #1.

The atmosphere looks good and modern. The location is also nice. The staffs were also helpful. The food can be ordered with a lot of variation/choices. But the taste is not so special if compared to the price. All menues are costly. The spicy burger, for example costs much, but tastes dull and dry. They should put the Sauce on both piece of bread. Otherwise it tastes dry within 10 Minutes After serving. Also no parking place near by. No network for your mobile inside the Restaurant.

Staff completely helpless and overwhelmed, saw empty glasses but did not ask for anything else.
Food was not very tasty but OK
We ordered the same Burger but one without onions, unfortunately both came without onions and one had avocado on it.
Self made dips were not very nice either.
And to complete it, it took around 1h till we got our food.

I hope my wife rips these guys apart in German since I just moved from America and haven’t started my language class yet.. Moving on... we were super stoked about this place because they have vegitarian burgers which she is and I am a meat eater. 1) when we arrived we were not allowed to sit in the 5 open booths in the back even though they were completely open, our only option was sitting right in front of the fridgid door. 2) Don’t offer an item if you won’t have it available the whole time you are open. We ate at 6pm and they did not have the falafel burger that my vegitarian wife was excited about. Since she is allergic to nuts, she had to resort to a ceaser salad since the nuss burger was not an option. 3) the ceasar salad was too oily and tasteless so the salad looked horrible and soggy when it came out 4)The cheese fries were disgusting (I’ve had better nacho cheese from a can found at the dollar store). 5) the service in this store is absoletely horrible. We seriously almost walked out after waiting 30 mins for our check and asking them 3 times. 6) they left out stuff in our order. 7) the cook that made the orders was not wearing gloves while handeling meat and continuously used his hands to pick up the meat, then went to making salads.. nice cross contamination that later that night made me horrifically sick to my stomach. Had I realised this before we recieved our food and I ate it, I would’ve walked out. Had my wife not been so excited to try this place, I felt we should’ve walked out when you didn’t bother to properly accomodate us and we had to sit in front of the door! These burgers and other options are extremely over priced for what they give you. A small burger without fries costs you around 7-8$. The fries are extra. No wonder this cough laughs..

Actually we went there nearly 2 months after it opened. I ordered a beer and some 7,5€ Burger that figured on the "November" menu. The bavarian beer was delicious although expensive, and the Burger was really rasty.
The waiter was cool, the place is simply great (at least for me because it looked futuristic and modern)
