Standard KFC you will get here, i got the chicken (3 pieces) meal with coleslaw and fries, also with a choice of drink. I was really happy with the coleslaw, surprisingly fresh taste!

Service: 5/5
Was quick and nice, 2 ladies in the cashier.

????: Food was not fresh. Fries were already cold and soft, the chicken was not crispy .
????: There were food scraps everywhere on the floor where we were sitting.

Second time around, se ond disappointment. Order placed wait for 16. Minutes to be called to cashier, spicy is out. Coke turned out to be iced tea but not ordered, no apollogirs, no reimbursement. Napkins to be counted. Desinfection was out. Restaurant was pleasantly quite.... ????

You can say they have the monopoly of fried chicken in this area. Then again, Germans don't seem to like fried chicken all that much. Drinks are free-flow if you're dining in, which is not a bad deal. Overall the chicken just doesn't match up to Asian levels in terms of size (small), flavour (on the dry side), and price (a little expensive for chicken and their off-beat location). But if you need a fried chicken fix, this is the (only) answer I guess.

I was there yesterday for take away. Got home, one missing burger that I paid for and got 4 of the world's tiniest Hot Wings (see picture). Quite disappointed.

KFC please correct this for the future.

Never had such issues at Viernheim KFC.

The colonel bucket is dope because of the chicken parts offered. However, the filet bites especially were extremely salty. I bought extra hot wings. Salty as well. I didn't enjoy any of it. But I guess it's what we get from a fast-food.

A large KFC with a drive through and interior dining. Fairly clean, however the soft drink dispenser is in a bad shape, would really need some cleaning.
