Room was clean. Service was good. Breakfast was perfect. Just I was wondering, at hotel I have understood that I must pay 18 euro for parking each night. I thought it must be free because I had never been seeing when I looked at hotel websites for reservation.

Excellent hotel with brilliant staff and amenities. The breakfast was delicious and the rooms and common areas were extremely clean. Brilliant attention to detail in this hotel and I would definitely stay here again on returning to the area. The only downside is the steep 18 euros a day for parking.

Over all a good dogfriendly hotel, but the internet is not the best and you have to reconnect a couple of times per day. The service could improve. They have a website where you can request things to your room, would be great if it worked but the staff is usually not answering on these requests.
Great breakfast.

Cleanliness was excellent, facilities awesome.
Staff amazingly friendly and willing to help and assist, unlike my experience in Frankfurt with other hotels.
Food in the restaurant was exceptional.

Really happy to chose this hotel in Mannheim. I had a pleasant stay and really silent nights. Recommend to all newcomers to Mannheim 8f searching high standards hotels.

Rooms are new, clean with good beds. Shower is perfect. Restaurant closed on Sunday evening. Great restaurant around the corner. Breakfast too expensive. All in all: 7.

Staying there for my business trip. Very modern, clean, very good breakfast! Can highly recommend this hotel
