Like every other Ikea. But they're still promoting their smart home devices and the router needed to make all the rest work is out of stock since many months ago.

Leisure Friday. No queues in self checkout, ikea app was a timesaver to snap n save what we found, disappointing was that many in store items cannot be found online, so no way to look up more info, also items on display on the top floor are stocked in the ground floor, by the time you reach, you can either no longer remember the name or no longer find the item, taking photos will help but is a huge waste of time to search and find again what you have decided to buy. Keep twice the time handy than in a shop like Obi or Bauhaus.

Went on a Wednesday morning - no queues, plenty of roomu0026tidy. Only one of five staff members I talked to managed to be polite though. Good riddens to those who actually need help there ????

Very friendly staff or we we're lucky.. Specially the mattress department..lots of choices and much better overall experience than the other German Ikea shop

A little difficult to get to if you don't drive. They could offer a free shuttle service. The restaurant also doesn't serve the classic wings that is available in other countries.

General ikea experience, however the customer service was absolutely horrid. They packed the products wrong (can happen), and with missing parts (by another item) so I had to come back to replace the products. Inconvenient, but happens.
But then we had to wait an hour for the replacement, and when I asked the customer representative if there was a problem, I was yelled at that I replaced one product and then another so it's my problem.
Realy awful customer service, very unpleasant experience. I will try to do my shopping either on ikea online or avoid ikea altogether.

Young folks go to amusement parks. Adults go to IKEA. Amazing place. Amazing food.
