Very neat and clean, and I liked the traditional feel of the hotel and the beautiful presentation of the breakfast. Wifi was fast and reliable, which wasn’t the case for many other hotels I stayed at on this trip.

In the cozy and lovingly furnished breakfast room, a delicious breakfast awaited us (coffee, orange juice, scrambled eggs, yoghurt with fresh fruit, a tiered stand with cheese, sausage, etc.) brought directly to the table and replenished if necessary. Owner and staff are very friendly. Even the invoice is written by hand with a pen. Just awesome. Where else can you find that?
Parking was not a problem as the underground car park is not far from the hotel. If we want to stay in Mannheim again, we will definitely book at the Hotel Kurpfalzstuben.

Kleines familiengeführtes Hotel unmittelbar am Bahnhof. Wir hatten ein gepflegtes, großes Zimmer zum Innenhof (kaum Außengeräusche gehört, da Rollläden am Fenster) im obersten Stockwerk, ohne Aufzug, aber mit dem kleinen Köfferchen für eine Nacht, ist das überhaupt kein Problem gewesen. Im gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichteten Frühstücksraum erwartete uns ein leckeres Frühstück (Kaffee, O-Saft, Rührei, Joghurt mit frischem Obst, eine Etagere mit Käse, Wurst etc.) direkt an den Tisch gebracht und bei Bedarf aufgefüllt. Inhaberin und Personal sind sehr freundlich. Sogar die Rechnung wird mit Feder per Hand geschrieben. Einfach genial. Wo findet man das noch.
Das parken war unproblematisch, da die Tiefgarage nicht weit von Hotel entfernt ist. Wenn wir mal wieder in Mannheim übernachten möchten, dann werden wir auf jeden Fall im Hotel Kurpfalzstuben buchen.
