We stumbled across this little gem . It is a family run business. The staff speak English, which helped with my rather poor German. They provided a gluten free, vegetarian meal for one of our friends. The rump steak is at least three inches thick and cooked to perfection. The chicken was also tender and tasteful. What a wonderful meal overall, with a relaxed friendly ambience. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

Lots of choice on the menu either from set or bespoke. Popular with locals. Food ordered came in good time and was good quality. Wife is coeliac and they had good gluten frei (free) options for her and were very understanding of the requirements.

We were late and they found a table for us. The meat and the fish were incredible.

We just ate the most delicious (and humongous) chunk of beef ever. That with a very kind, polite and 'human' service. Perfect!

The rump steak was very well done...fresh vegetable...regional products...friendly service...great outdoor seating in summer...the dessert was a dream...I really enjoyed my stay...hidden gem
