Overall super clean and nice burger king. Food came out hot and fresh, and staff was helpful and attentive.

The rotti chicken sandwich and the veggie nuggets were pretty great by fast food standards.

Would recommend!

Great staff! They are super friendly an helpful and everything is very clean and nicely prepared. + It is also amazing how many vegan and vegetarian options burger king offers! …keep them coming ????

Very clean restaurant with machines where one can order with coupons and get the order fast. All perfect. Definitely will return when next time in Mannheim. Btw it is situated on the first (not the ground) floor, so if you are getting via train you have to walk upstairs 1 floor

Overall a nice experience. Ordered from the touch screen and paid there only. Got the food in 10 min. I tried Veggie King Menu. The food quality is always perfect. Surely visit again some day.

staff was super friendly and got my order ready in record time because I needed to catch a train. probably the fastfood chain with the yummiest options for vegans and vegetarians

Unfortunately very slow service. Nice spacial arrangement inside but no air-conditioning. It has been demonstrated it can operate better, McDonald's downstairs is much faster even if its typically quite busy. I wonder, at this rate, will they survive?...
