Lovely place to stay, myself and another student lived in the apartment for four months. The apartments are lovely, spacious, modern and the staff couldn't be any nicer ! Our stay was pleasant and never had issues over our stay.

Would recommend to anyone I knew going to Mannheim to stay here !.

After reading the reviews I was reluctant to book a room for 10 days, but I am so glad I did! This is a great Bu0026B in one of Mannheim's most popular neighborhoods (the Rhine is 2 min away, restaurants, cafes, bakeries, supermarkets are within a 5 min walking distance, 10 min to downtown by tram, train station within walking distance). The owners are very friendly/helpful and the rooms cozy and clean (wooden floors, IKEA furniture; wifi and phone included). The Bu0026B is located in a historic building, hence there is no elevator and many of the rooms are located on the 4th floor, however, the owners offer to carry the luggage upstairs for you if needed. Most rooms also come with an assigned fridge space in the shared kitchen (which works well, since clearly marked), so you can store some food items (make sure to ask for a room with fridge space if this is something you want to use). The Bu0026B collaborates with one of Mannheim's best bakeries (Grimminger), so ask for a breakfast voucher at the reception desk - it will get you a Continental breakfast for 4 Euro. If you want a more elaborate breakfast/lunch I highly recommend Cafe Meerwiesen, which is a modern, yet quaint cafe less than 5 min by foot. Most rooms were booked during my stay, but it was quiet and the shared bathroom was no issue, since it was clean, and available when needed. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, water cooker, coffee maker and other kitchen utensils. The Bu0026B also offers a laundry service (wash u0026 dry) for 5 Euro. There's really everything you need. This is a great place at an incredible value. Yes, the room doesn't come with room service, but at less than 40 Euro/night I'm very happy to make my own bed. ;) I look forward to visiting again in the future!

Wir waren eine größere Gruppe und hatten eine schöne Zeit in Mannheim! Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet, in jeder Wohnung findet sich eine kompkett eingerichtete Küche, die man ebenso wie Bad und WC geminsam benutzt. Alles ist sauber.
Das Team vor Ort ist sehr nett und jederzeit hilfsbereit!
Wir würden auf alle Fälle wieder dort übernachten!

Top Lage - nur ein paar Minuten von der Rheinpromenade entfernt. Jedes Zimmer hatte seinen eigenen Flair: runde Fenster, Holzbalken, Stuck an der Decke etc. Vor allem die große Dachterrasse mit Blick über Mannheim hat uns sehr gefallen. Wir freuen uns auf unseren nächsten Besuch! :)

Ankunft war super. Alles reibungslos und sehr freundliches Personal. Der Aufbau ist wie ein klassisches Hostel mit eigenem Zimmer, Gemeinschaftsküche und Badezimmer. Die Ausstattung war super. Im Zimmer gab es TV, kostenloses Wlan, Föhn, ja sogar ein Bügeleisen. Die Küche hatte auch alles Wichtige was man so braucht. Sauberkeit war in Ordnung; überall!!! Natürlich habe ich nicht den Kleiderschrank verrückt um dahinter nachzusehen ob da Staub ist...
Aber das Beste ist der Ausblick von der Dachterrasse. Direkt auf den Rhein. Im Sommer noch besser, da man oben mit einem Holzkohlegrill grillen darf. Preisleistung sowie die Lage einfach Top. Vielen Dank bis zum nächsten Mal.

Tolle Gelegenheit, um günstig und gut und vor allem zentral in Mannheim unterzukommen. Fußläufig erreicht man in 5 Minuten den Rhein und verschiedene Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie Bäckereien und Banken. Das alte Wohnhaus mit sechs Etagen bietet moderne eingerichtete Zimmer , mit jeweils einen oder zwei Etagenbädern und einer Etagenküche. Es handelt sich zwar um einen Altbau, aber die Einrichtung ist modern und gemütlich. Auch an Sauberkeit mangelt es nicht, obwohl eine Gemeinschaftsnutzung stattfindet. Die Bewohner sind meist aus beruflichen Gründen da und Privatsphäre wird hier geschätzt. Wer also Bedenken in Bezug auf das WG ähnliche Wohnen hat, kann diese getrost beiseite legen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Wir waren mit unserer kleinen Tochter da. Wir waren im 6.OG untergebracht und hatten mit zwei Dachterrassen einen herrlichen Blick über Mannheim. Nachteil war aber der fehlende Fahrstuhl. Außerdem hat es in diesem Zeitraum über 30 Grad und wir sind unter dem Dach fast eingegangen (es gab aber Ventilatoren). Beides mit einem kleinen Kind ein leichtes Manko. Mit Kind sollte man bezüglich der Etagenwahl eine entsprechende Anfrage stellen, falls man dort übernachten möchte.
