After buying ticket and waiting in bus for 45 minutes, we were forced to get down from the bus, the person incharge was not at all behaving responsibly and we felt we were ganged out by them to vacate for some local tourists, this felt really bad, totally irresponsible behaviour, first such I faced in Deutschland. My kid was inconsolable when we were thrown out. The tourist who boarded the bus was very bossy, trying to dictate terms to us, forced us to vacate the bus and the staff stood there totally unapologetic. Not recommended at all.

It was an ok experience and wouldn't do it again. The significant part of the tour is on land, and the splash part is not too exciting. The bus is closed, so the experience in water is also limited as compared to a boat tour.

The presentation explains history of some buildings in Lübeck, which is also available in a lot of city guides. The presentation is in German, and the music was really annoying. Not the highlight of the Lübeck tourism.

Really disappointing tour. Crowded seat, restricted view, the air conditioner was on and off at full power making the temperature changing constantly from cold to warm for the entire trip, the audio guide was only German and presenting just the history of a small number of buildings on this '80s erotic sound track... I thought we will be taken around the city on the river but after 10 minutes we were out of water into the city traffic. When we got to a nice spot from were one could see a good panorama of the city I couldn't see it because it was on the other side of the bus... The only cool moment was when the bus went into the water, and that was just a few seconds and to pay 25 euro for this is REALLY Not WORTH IT !!

Woooooow!
Just amazing.
The boating around in a bus is really great. You see Lübeck from completely new perspectives. The "standard" driving through town is just a normal bus tour.
The very best is really the splash into the river. They should do this three times...

Daylight robbery of 2 euro for a mask followed by poor service and bad temper

Unique experience on the road and in the water. You'll learn a little bit about Lübeck and otherwise you'll visit Lübeck's most famous landmarks. However, tours are held in German.

Fantastic experience in an amphibious Bus. First part of the tour gives you an interesting overview of main city interesting points, whilst the second part takes you through the canals and shows a quite a different and nice perspective of Lubeck. A must do, to get to know this enjoyable little town.
