Nice, clean, comfortable. The minus is you have to call the property when you arrive, and they just tell you how to get into the building (code lock) and your room number. What if you cannot phone? They'd better send the code via email) The room n.1 is spacious and warm, with private bathroom and a good bed. The pension is quite close to city centre (maybe 10 mins walking distance).

The key wasn't anywhere to be found when We arrived during check-in time so We called the number in our receit-mail which didnt work. In the pension We found another number which we called and talked to a guy who said ge was going to drive to us and deliver a key. It took an hour and when we got the room it smelled so much of smoke that all our clothes where completely smelly afterwards. Not to recomend!

Very good location. About 15 minutes walk to citycenter of Lübeck. The pension santorini does not look that good from the outside. But it was actually ok. Clean and good bathroom. Cheap rooms.

They charge double times!!! When I check out, the hotel employee told me that I should pay cash of €80 and I payed. But after I went home I found they charged me also from my credit card another €88. It's really 'surprise', what a bad hotel!!!

Once I booked a room was good but next time I booked same room and owner promised to me for same room but at reaching he gave me a bad underground cell room so please be aware he brake promise and u can get a bad room
