Seit 9 Jahren dabei. Hat mir definitiv die Rücken OP erspart. Sehr effektive Geräte und ein kompetentes U. freundliches Team. Besonders gefällt mir, daß man in ca. 45 Minuten ein Ganzkörpertraining hinbekommt. Jetzt noch etwas Ausdauersport dazu und die Fitness ist perfekt:-)
