A lovely hotel with comfortable rooms and a very friendly and accommodating staff. The breakfast is worth it, and the location is great, as it’s just a short walk to restaurants, shopping, and the old city. We would definitely stay here again!

The family room was spacious and a perfect choice when traveling with teenager, with two separate bedrooms. Within a short walking distance to Aldtstadt and restaurants. We enjoyed it very much.

We stayed for one night. Receptionist was nice and funny. Great room with bathtup. Great breakfast and i asked for glutenfree options and received a basket of bread. Everthing went smooth during check-in and check-out.

The hotel parking was full. The breakfast was OK. The rooms are a bit dated, but it's an old building. Service was excellent though and everyone was really nice.

We had a fine stay. however, it is an extremely cool Hotel in the common areas, especially at this time of year (November 2021)
Coming down to an ice cold dining room / resturant for morning food is not nice, and it is a wonder that one chooses to turn off the heat at night, as such a large room can not be heated in 1 hour
A pleasant and well-informed arrival thanks to the extremely polite receptionist (24-11-2021 at 14.30)
He was good at informing and giving good advice and information

Morning food was ok. however, not very extra ordinary. but smooth and straightforward
but it still amazes me that hotels inc this, make boiled eggs for breakfast, they are sad and boring, however, make soft-boiled eggs for the guests somvi have it when they are at the table, it takes max 6 min ??

Nice, spacious room and comfy bed. Noise from the street. The bed was not made after 1st night - thus no tip. Only the most essential utilities and no way to get tea or coffee or anything to drink in the evening. The free parking is a big plus.

Excellent and prompt service. Supplied us with very helpful information on how to get around Lübeck.
