Despite being a small room, it has everything we need. Practical design of the wardrobe and hooks in the bathroom. Additionally, balconies facing the pond(or river).

1 Airvay - a year ago

I booked thorough booking.com for one night during Covid-19, when only guests on business could be admitted. Five minutes before arrival I received a notice that my booking had been cancelled. I rang and was told by a gruff receptionist that the hotel did not believe I was a business guest. They based their assessment apparently on the fact that the phone number linked to my booking was a mobile phone! Unhelpfully, my last booking had been on the UK and the number was a UK number. The receptionist made it clear that my turning up to show my business credentials would not make them undo the cancellation.
I went to another (Radisson) hotel and got my booking upgraded without having told my tale of woe, but disappointing treatment by the Hotel am Mühlenteich!

Room is much smaller expected. The person in charge is no doubts very friendly. However; i don't think it will be a good idea to have toliet and shower outside of the room. Privacy is the main concerns.

Small, clean Hotel with small rooms. Loved the view from the (also small) balkony. Would recommend it, if you don't need much space and just want to stay there to sleep.

The hotel staff was very kind, I had many useful answers from him. And the apartment was so good and clean. I could feel at home here and I ,my husband and my kids were satisfied with this apartment hotel. Forethemore, it had a great view over the window and places(cityhall, cathedrals and supermarket) nearly. If I travel Lubeck, I will stay here again.
