Horrible experience
The mall itself is disgusting! Everything is awefully dirty! They don’t mop the floor or anything! Public toilets are more hygienic than whatever that mall is supposed to be.
But that‘s not even the worst of it… Not at all… The staff is unbelievable!!! As a black woman I‘ve experienced a lot of racism but I didn‘t expect every single shop owner to be extremely racist, it’s almost scary! But I am not done yet… We were getting kicked out by the staff for literally existing!!! There is still more to point out about this place but I‘d never get done with that review if I keep telling about how bad I got traumatized. Children aren’t safe either!!! The guards are yelling at everyone and everything without any right. It‘s a shame you can’t rate this less than a star!!! Shouldn‘t call it haerder center should be called horrific experience.

Shopping.

I personally liked it, but there is a lot of room for improvement here as well.
The room for improvement could be used creatively.
There is quite a bit that can be improved immediately. Plants, especially trees should be considered as a possibility.

It looks like a mall but it's unfortunately a rather small and disappointing one. Fast fashion clothing shops aimed at teens,one well stocked toy shop, a (really good) gym and at the lower lever a Rewe supermarket along with a games stop. It could have potential for more.

It is a small mall, with few stores. We went in there to find something to eat, and saw they had a food court, which was a joke, consisting of some Greek food and a juice bar. On our way out we wanted to proper outdoor dress our children, so we stood in front of a door that couldn't open, so not to be in the way of other customers. After two min a security guard comes over and tells us we have to take our children outside because we can't stand in front of the sealed door. My daughter was not wearing a coat or shoes and it was raining outside so I asked the guard to let us dress them before going out, which was a negative. When we didn't immediately drag our children out into the rain she got extremely aggressive standing within two feet of me while trying to put shoes on my daughter. Needless to say that this was one of the worst experience of feeling unwelcome as a parent I have ever had. The guard made us feel like criminals because we had children.
In short NEVER go here if you have children!!!!

Only cash parking, no ATM that works..
Could have been so easy...

Have more than enough stores, also there is a gym on the last floor.
