From the "burger version" to the good old Leberwurstulle ala Grandpa :) We were a little hungry and ordered Dr.Green (avocado cream, tomatoes, sprouts) and Die Fürstenstulle (cream cheese, Italian salami, brie and sprouts) when the sandwich arrived we were a little disappointed, for me a sandwich simply belongs on a board / on wood it was relatively "loveless" on a square plate. So you could only use the toilet with your own handkerchiefs! :( In addition, the service staff was definitely not under stress there were ONLY 6 other guests in the house .... I also found the waiting time for the bread to be too long, for 4 cold sandwiches, 22 minutes. Quality was very good! Delicious Breads and good, delicious, fresh toppings! Great! At home that is far too little!;) Price-performance ratio is, in my opinion, steeply over 6 euros for 2 breads with avocado cream with tomatoes and sprouts .. well. A generous price calculation. Otherwise really tasty! We would also come back if more attention is paid to cleanliness and sufficient toilet paper in the toilets. The service with Suzan was really great and always a smile! Wir wollten eine "Kleinigkeit" essen nach unserer langen Anreise nach Lübeck. In der Innenstadt fiel uns das Restaurant die Stulle auf, sah von außen schon gut aus also rein. Begrüßt wurden wir mehr als freundlich und zuvorkommend von Suzan. Mega freundlich und aufmerksam, sie begleitete uns sogar zum Platz! Der Laden sehr groß und sehr stylisch/modern. Tische und bestuhlung schick und gemütlich.Beleuchtung eher Bar mäßig,lilafarbend abgedunkelt. Nicht gut für Instagramfotos ;P (Ein Foto mit Blitz) Musik dezent und Clubbig. Soweit alles Top! Service: Aufnahme der Bestellung zügig und freundlich! Es gab viele tolle und lecker klingende Stullen. Von der "Burgerversion" bis zu der guten alten Leberwurststulle ala Opa :) Wir hatten kleinen Hunger und bestellten, Dr.Green (Avocadocreme, Tomaten,Sprossen) und Die Fürstenstulle (Frischkäse,It.Salami,Brie und Sprossen) Als die Stulle ankam waren wir etwas enttäuscht, eine Stulle gehört für mich einfach auf ein Brett/auf Holz es lag relativ "lieblos" auf einem Eckigen Teller. Ist aber einfach Geschmackssache. Wir fanden es schade, dass auf den Broten die selben Sprossen waren, Rucola hätte besser auf die Fürstenstulle gepasst (unsere Persönliche Meinung) Das alles ist diskutabel, absolut indiskutabel hingegen war,dass auf der Damen Toilette absolut KEIN TOILETTENPAPIER auslag. Nach dem Bescheid sagen beim Service Personal wurde uns gesagt,dass sofort aufgefüllt werden würde....auch nach einer HALBEN STUNDE wurde dem NICHT nachgegangen! So konnte man die Toilette nur mit eigenen Taschentüchern nutzen! :( dazu kommt das das Service Personal definitiv nicht im Stress stand es waren NUR 6 weitere Gäste im Hause.... Wartezeit für die Brote empfand ich auch als zu lang, für 4 kalte belegte Brote, 22Minuten. Qualität war sehr Gut! Leckere Brote und guter leckerer, frischer Belag! Toll! Zuhause ist man das viel zu wenig! ;) Preis-leistung ist meiner Meinung nach happig über 6Euro für 2 Brote mit Avocadocreme mit Tomaten und Sprossen.. naja. Eine großzügige Preiskalkulation. Sonst wirklich lecker! Wir würden auch wiederkommen wenn bei den Toiletten mehr Augenmerk auf Sauberkeit und genügen Toilettenpapier gelegt werden wird. Der Service mit Suzan wirklich toll und immer ein Lächeln! Verabschiedung mit einen lächeln und lieben Worten!
