Low quality services with really high price:
- Heater: rooms were extremely cold, we changed two times rooms because the heater was not heating up. (first time went to front desk, they did not want to change a room and asked us to wait for heater to heat up even though we already were freezing in the room for more than one hour)
- Poor front desk stuffs attitude: We went to front desk to ask them to change the room, and I told them in English, however, the stuff just replied in German to my boyfriend, and not even eyes looking at me. Afterwards, the other colleague also came, she also replied in German. I felt offended.
- WiFi: the WiFi was very slow, and needed to keeps logging in again after a while, and I could not reach out to PayPal when I using the wifi.
- No Tissue box: the stuff said its their standard. I have been to so many hotels, and never seen this kind of standard.
- No water: paying 400+ EUR for two nights (nights for new year’s eve), there was no water provided.
- No slippers: I suppose 200+ EUR per night hotel should supply free slippers?
- No kettle
- No fridge
- No door hanger
- Only one glass: there are only one glass in second room we went
- No foot towel
the price performance ratio is in my opinion is very low.
