I am disappointed with the quality of customer service. The food is delicious, fresh, but the time I waited .. more than 2 hours! It's not okay! When I called the restaurant, the woman told me that they only have 2 drivers and they can't handle orders. Conclusion: either do not take many orders, or hire more workers, because the price for sushi is not small, and the waiting time is too long. Plus, when I called and complained, there were other women in the background laughing too loudly at me, which leads me to conclude that this is normal for this restaurant. I won't order anymore. Disgusting.

Direct order is soo much better then using Lieferando. We order always same Yoko Bowls and we love it. Recommended it!

Bin echt nicht so, was Wartezeiten bei Lieferservice angeht. Hab auch schon oft hier bestellt und fand es war annehmbar. Wenn am Ende das Essen in Ordnung ist, ist es mir auch egal, wenn ich 'n bisschen länger warten muss.

Aber wenn die Filiale 10 min zu Fuß weg is, man über ne Stunde auf 1x Bowl und 1x Maki wartet, und dann alles aussieht als ob Reste zusammengeworfen wurden? Dann wird's auch mir zu bunt. Bestell ab jetzt wo anders :/

Kenne Yoko Sushi seit letztem Jahr April und habe da gern immer mal bestellt -. Aber leider wurde die Qualität sowie der Geschmack von Bestellung zu Bestellung immer schlechter . Die Wartezeiten werden immer länger und man hat nicht das Gefühl als Kunde noch Kunde zu sein . Ich bestelle hier nicht mehr und kann auch nur jeden empfehlen sich hier einen neuen Lieferanten zu suchen. Eigentlich Schade aber da suche ich mir doch lieber Qualität .

Ich habe schon oft bei Yoko bestellt und war bis her immer zufrieden! Die warte Zeit war meist wie angegeben oder mal 10-15 min später.. kein Grund zur Aufregung.
Allerdings habe ich beobachtet das die Qualität in den letzten Monaten leider immer schlechter wird.
Das eigentlich warme Essen wird kalt geliefert (obwohl die Filiale mit dem Auto 5min und zu Fuß 20min von mir entfernt ist).
Diesmal ging es mir eine Stunde nach Verzehr leider garnicht gut… ich „durfte“ meine (kalten) gebackenen Garnelen den ganzen Abend Schnecken bis sie mir in der Nacht dann „Hallo“ gesagt haben. Das war erstmal das letzte mal.????????
