Very near to the city centre and main train station. Room was super clean and spacious with closets for each individual. You can also get a lock and key for free to secure your belongings inside the closet. Staff were nice and friendly.

It was one of my best hostel experiences! the rooms were confortable and clean, the breakfast was gread (modest not crazy fancy), the team was so friendly and really everything was great.

I didn’t stay here but I give 5 stars because of how nice the receptionist was!. I booked a different night by mistake, and he saw how tired I am, he tried to help me, was super friendly and even recommended near hostels that I can stay at

Cheap hostel, not so far from main station.
Friendly staff. They have a kitchen and a large dining room.

Only negative thing is, the floor is wooden. So you might face some sound while sleeping, if anyone walks or enters the room.

This Hostel is extremely friendly. Most of the staff speak both German and English very well. They are extremely helpful when you need it. The rooms are always kept very clean. Housekeeping does an amazing job. Breakfast staff is very friendly. They have games to play, a nice outside sitting area, and the tram stop is about a 3 to 4 minute walk away. Wonderful prices as well.

The best hostel in Leipzig without a doubt.
I stayed two times there.
The staff is the best! Always kind and they help you in everything you need. The location is perfect and the building is beautiful, warm and cosy.
When I'm back in the city I gonna stay again at Sleepy Lion for sure.
