Kellari has been one of my fav restaurants in Leipzig, since I moved here several years ago. Always great service and a pleasant atmosphere, esp the outdoor eating along the canal - not to mention the food is sublime.

Fantastic eatery. Nice for a classy dinner. Biggest portions I've ever attempted to eat, even for an American. The ambiance is very welcoming and the staff is support friendly and attentive.

The breaded mushroom appetizer is out of this world, and the schnapps is a great touch during the meal. Highly recommended for any hungry humans looking for an authentic Greek eatery.

This restaurant came highly recommended, but I was not impressed. The price did not match the quality. Way overpriced!!! Salad was simply iceberg lettuce with a bland dressing. Bread was served with bland aioli. I received two chicken breasts (I could tell they had been frozen ones) and fries for 15 Euro. The only highlight was the Greek metaxa sauce which was the only thing that brightened up the bad chicken. Yes, I also received an ouzo aperitif which was delicious, but not ordered. The service and atmosphere was good, but unfortunately those are really the only positives.

Really a nice place to have a lunch. The taste combinations worked really well and for example the salad dressing was really remarkable. The serving was friendly. We can recommend the place warmly.

One of the worst food experiences I have ever had. Stale food, dry meat and small servings. Beer from tap is mixed with water and all food is obviously taken directly out of the freezer and into the microwave (or oven). We came as a large group and preordered three evening meals in advance at 9 EUR each. The food we got was worth no more than 3 EUR, and they didn't let us cancel any of the other evenings (keep in mind they literally served extremely low quality readymade food).

Never ruin your Leipzig holiday here.

Food is good and plentiful, staff is not the friendliest but still very nice. Sitting outside in the summer can be great, it's right next to a small Creek.

They served us so much free stuff. We got a free ouzo, free dessert and other things I can't remember. Price was totally ok for that and the food was ok.
