The quality of the food isn't worth mentioning too much. It's middle of the road but in Leipzig where you can pay 12 euros for a similar dish, of similar quality for less of a portion...it works. More important... it's a good atmosphere and has afforded me some of the few positive interactions with German customer service. The black adidas pants and straight bangs crowd enjoys hitting up the spot too, which makes for a funny mix. Great to laze about and have a beer or two, the schnitzel will do in a pinch after.

The description of the place reflects it very well: You get efforable dishes fast. Everything is straight to the point, no matter if Schnitzel, Pasta or sth else. Here, there is no Extrawurst for complicated people, just come, eat and enjoy the East German simplicity.

Delicious, cafeteria style food and drink. They do still allow indoor smoking...yuck!
