Das Personal hat Stimmungsschwankungen, die für meinen Geschmack zu oft an die Servicewüste Deutschlands erinnert. Man merkt das aufgrund des Zulaufes von der Hochschule die Kundenbetreuung und -pflege keine Rolle spielen. Dazu kommt, dass die Druckqualität oft nicht zufriedenstellend ist.

Nach 2 Jahren hab ich mich mal wieder rein gewagt. Neues Personal, etwas freundlicher jedoch ist Preis-Leistung immer noch nicht optimal. Ich erhöhe von 2 auf 3 Sterne.
