After that, I had two more coaching sessions after I decided to go to the sports center. In the lessons I looked at what my goals are and where my weaknesses are that I should/must work on. The briefing on the devices was calm and I was always able to ask questions if I had any. Personally, I am very satisfied and thank the coach Alex for his time and patience.
It should also be mentioned that there is childcare that is included in the price and the lady there is also very nice. :)

Ich kann das Sportcenter nur weiterempfehlen. Als ich dort zur Schnupperstunde kam, wurde erstmal so einiges von mir erfragt. Danach hatte ich noch zwei weitere Trainerstunden, nachdem ich mich für das Sportcenter entschieden hatte. In den Stunden wurde geschaut was meine Ziele sind und wo meine Schwächen sind an die ich arbeiten sollte/ muss. Die Einweisung in die Geräte erfolgte ruhig und ich konnte immer wieder Fragen stellen, wenn ich welche hatte. Ich persönlich bin sehr zufrieden und danke dem Trainer Alex für seine Zeit und Gedult.
Auch ist zu erwähnen, das es dort eine Kinderbetreuung gibt, die im Preis inbegriffen ist und die Dame dort auch sehr nett ist. :)
