So many things are happening in this place that pizza is not the main reason you want to visit Pizza Lab. Great music, decoration, and people. Especially fun to visit during warm days to chill in the garden.

This non profit organisation uses all the revenue for causes more meaningful than making rich richer.

Oh yeah and the pizza is fantastic.

I ???? places with agenda!
The place is volunteer based!
The prices are super fair and so many topping choices!

Super recommend the avocado and figs on top ????

The only thing that I was, personally, struggling with - is the hygiene of the place ????u200d♀️

Great vegan pizza all made and served by volunteers I think? Loads of topping options and good value for money. Only downside was the number of little bugs in the trees/furniture in the hof because they were also crawling over our table…

A friend took me here because I'm vegan and it's all vegan pizza. The night we were there, there was just the surprise pizza. We were allowed to exclude toppings.
But what can I say, my pizza was just perfect for me. ❤️ Wonderful. We sat outside in the little backyard. Don't expect anything clean. It's all pretty alternative. But if you don't mind go there. I'd definitely go again. When we came back in there was live music but we didn't stay because we wanted to go for dessert. ????

What makes a place great? I don't know, but i know love and dedication are required to create something pleasing and beautiful. And you can find love and dedication in every corner at the Pizza Lab. They are engaged with the local culture, organize events and are frequently visited by people from around the world.

How is the food? Excellent! How is the service? Heartwarming and cheerful! What about the location? It's not a fancy expensive restaurant but an honest down to earth place.

Check out their menu and their changing events. And have a wonderful evening. A place that represents the heart and sould of Leipzig.

The pizza was delicious with the best vegan cheese from cashews I've tasted yet. The restaurant is a great project and the staff are volunteers so it's great to support while eating pizza. If you are looking for a nice place though I wouldn't recommend it since it was so so cold (3 degrees outside, maybe 10 inside, the small oven doesn't cut it) and people are running through this place all the time to go to the yard, most of them don't care to close the door behind them which is great regarding the temperature.

This place was way better than expected. My very non veggie hubby even asked for a second pizza it was so good. We were worried about the vegan cheese but it was great. I would recommend to anyone. They also have some board games if you feel so inclined.
