Contacts with the owner for my arrival (late self check in) were very good and on time, then I never saw anyone but a lady who performed the cleaning and who spoke only German. I had had an envelope sent to me with documents and was kindly shown to me in my room when I arrived. Single room spacious and clean 3. The bathroom shared with 3 other rooms made access quite difficult in the morning. Quite noisy wooden floor and adjacent workshop that can create some noise in the afternoon. The night, however, everything is very quiet. Wi-fi only in the common areas (breakfast room). All in all not bad for a short stay.

Posizione fuori dal centro (20 minuti di tram n.1), in una zona residenziale poco viva, soprattutto la sera per cercare un ristorante. I contatti con il titolare per il mio arrivo (self late check-in) sono stati ottimi e puntuali, poi non ho mai visto nessuno, se non una signora che effettuava le pulizie e che parlava solamente tedesco. Mi ero fatto spedire una busta con dei documenti e gentilmente mi è stata fatta trovare in camera al mio arrivo. Camera singola n.3 spaziosa e pulita. Il bagno condiviso con altre 3 stanze rendeva l'accesso abbastanza difficile al mattino. Pavimento in legno piuttosto rumoroso e officina adiacente che di pomeriggio può creare un po' di rumore. La notte invece è tutto molto silenzioso. Wi-fi solamente nelle zone comuni (saletta colazioni). Tutto sommato non male per un breve soggiorno.
