The selection of products is quite good. But I give 4 stars, as a member of staff was quite uncurteous, even if he did his job properly in the end (I had to insist). Good management would train the staff well, and never let client to be treated unprofessionally.

Like most Germans store things don't make sense and good luck trying to find someone to help you. Germans are first unfriendly, second they are not helpfully in the least bit, third try standing in a 'German line'... Its like the special Olympics, I never knew standing in line, waiting your turn could be so offensive.
