I have been here on two occasions and both times I was served by the same member of staff who was incredibly rude.
The first time, they forgot to bring us a drink as part of the last round. That's reasonable, these things happen. When we went to pay, we said that this drink never arrived so it should be removed from the bill. The server then got angry at us and said that she would bring the shot now. It was midnight and our group was leaving, so I said, no, that won't work. She then proceeded to get very angry at us saying that if the drink was missing, it was our fault that we didn't mention it before asking for the bill, and that there was nothing she could do to remove it from the bill. I said that I didn't want the drink, I didn't get the drink, and that it was her problem if she needed a manager to fix the problem with the bill for her. In the end, the manager fixed the bill, but I didn't need to be told off angrily before this simple problem was resolved.
The second time, I happened to have the same server. She came out to serve us and started getting angry at our group because we weren't ordering quick enough, and the battery was about to die on the tablet that she was using to input the order. She started saying, “you have to order now, it's now or never, my battery is dying”. If your battery is dying, that is your problem, not mine.
Overall, a very negative experience. However, on both occasions it was just this particular member of staff that was the problem. It's a shame, as it was otherwise a nice place, but I will likely not return.
